| DynaPro Seal Plus is a proprietary, high molecular weight, one part, elastomeric co-polymer that is used to seal joints, cracks and holes in concrete, masonry, bricks, marble and granite. Adheres well to wet and oily surfaces, and sticks underwater. Stretches more than 500%. Never hardens or cracks. Withstands ultraviolet light for more than 10 years. Forms a water tight joint between all hard surfaces. The most versatile sealant available for the concrete, masonry and HVAC trades.
Where used:
DPSP is used to seal vertical expansion joints up to 3/4" wide, to fill and waterproof cracks up to 3/4" and to fill and waterproof small bug holes. No cure time or pot life limitations. Can be coated over with paint, epoxy or urethane almost immediately. Can be used to permanently patch leaks in concrete, tile, roofs or cooling towers. It sticks to itself and is resistant to most solvents, dilute acids and caustics.
DPSP seals TFE, hypolon, EPDM, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum, fiberglass, epoxy, glass and most plastics and rubbers. High and low temperature will not affect service between -35°F and 220°F. It may be applied in the rain or in puddling areas.
LIMITATIONS: DynaPro Seal Plus should not be used in joints or cracks in floors unless it will be coated over with epoxy or other hard surface covering, resilient flooring, tile or carpeting. To seal larger cracks or holes use fabric or sheet metal to make a bridge. When sealing cracks or expansion joints, use backing material to prevent three point adhesion.
After it has cured, DPSP will bond to itself.
