Description Technical Specs   Add 1 teaspoon for every 50 gallons of pond or fountain water. Thoroughly mix AgaeFix into water by adding near pump discharge, waterfall or aeration device. AlgaeFix can be mixed in a bucket of pond/fountain water then evenly disbursed around the pond/ fountain area. Repeat dosage every 3 days until algae is under control. Be prepared to siphon out dead algae. Once algae is under control, use AlgaeFix once a week for maintenance purposes. Do NOT use AlgaeFix with crustaceans such as crabs, shrimp or lobster CAUTION: Low oxygen levels will kill fish. Before using AlgaeFix, be sure there is proper vigorous water aeration. Due to its effect on oxygen levels, especially during the hot summer months, adequate aeration is required to keep the water oxygenated. Do not shut pond pumps or aeration devices off at night. 2.5 gallons treats 96,000 gallons of pond water
