How do I return an item?
Returns accepted on unused item(s) within 30 days of customer receipt. Item(s) returned must be in original unopened packaging and in resalable condition. Returns are subject to a 15% restock fee, plus if original shipment included free shipping, a shipping fee is charged for item(s) returned. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. To obtain a RMA code, call 1-877-530-1959. Please write RMA code on outside of shipping box, and include inside the return shipment your name, address, phone number, and RMA code. Shipment tracking and delivery confirmation is suggested method for sending return. Return freight fees are nonrefundable. Returns received without authorization may be returned to sender, or assessed an additional $5.00 processing fee.
